Next One Technology is a company with extensive experience of business systems in the construction, contracting and maintenance industry. With the product NEXT, we offer a tailor-made business system with a focus on production. Our origins within the NCC Group, together with our employees’ combined industry experience of more than 200 years, ensure that we know what we are doing and why we are doing it. This will benefit you as a customer in both the implementation and use of the product. The HQ is in Linköping and we have offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Oslo and the UK. Of course you need to spend time in Linköping but can be based at one of the other offices.
The Position - Chief Sales Officer
The CSO is responsible for delivering new business from new customers - in existing and new markets - through a team of Sales Executives, Sales Devs with support from marketing. The team is 20+ employees based out of Sweden, Norway and the UK. Primary the role is to organize, manage and inspire the team to deliver at or above the business target plan for the sales team on a consistent basis. The CSO is an important member of the management team and reports to the CEO.

Key responsibilities
- Report to the CEO, actively participate in the management team, be responsible for the sales and part of setting the strategic direction for the company
- Reach the Direct Sales Targets in ACV
- Establish sales in new markets according to business plan
- Drive and manage the sales structure and all the sales processes:
- Lead qualification process
- Pipe-line management
- Closing plans
- Set expectations with peers in Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services and Customer Success
- Lead by example - A corner stone to build trust internally and externally at all levels
- Interact with all peers in the organization and guarantee smooth transition between sales and the delivery organization
- Bringing new business through new customer acquisitions
- Deliver revenue growth in each region/Country and product
- Ensure the team has a hunting/closing/strategic skill set while building relationships throughout each client
- Ensure the team is performing with high activity levels and high conversion/win rates.
- Entrepreneurial approach. Identify new ways to succeed and drive growth in each market
- Gain customer insights to use and feedback to the product organization
Desired skills and experience
- Great understanding and interest of software and SaaS products
- Fully fluent in English and Swedish, verbal and written
- Extensive experience and excellent track-record in the B2B Saas business
- Strong and value-based leadership style and proven experience as successful appreciated leader
- Strong sales and/or a commercial General Management background and great understanding of complex software processes
- Strong understanding of the Lead-generation process
- Strong negotiation skills
- International experience – preferable from multiple European countries
- Experience from solution direct sales and understanding of partner strategies
- Understanding of professional services
- Excellent IT and analytical skills
- Strong team building skills

- Integrity and strong ethics
