As an Account Executive in NEXT, your main responsibilities are:
- Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from follow-up on leads to closing deals
- Follow up on leads from the SDR department
- Managing the entire sales process from start to finish. Both short cycles and longer ones
- Collaborating closely with other departments such as Marketing, Customer support and Product development to ensure successful service delivery to new customers
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
- Provide exceptional customer care during the acquisition process
To succeed as an Account Executive in NEXT, we believe it is essential that you have:
- More than 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction industry or SaaS
- Proven track record of good sales results
- Relevant education (finance/economy/sales/marketing)
- Advanced level of verbal and written communication (Norwegian and English)
- Proficiency in IT/Tech
- Driver license (B)
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
- Confidence and competitiveness
- A strategic and result-oriented mindset
