We are looking for two Account Executives to propel sales forward, ultimately enabling the company to capture a larger share of the market. As an Account Executive in NEXT, your main responsibilities are:

• Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities
• Lead the entire sales cycle, from follow-up on leads to closing deals
• Follow up on leads from the SDR department
• Managing the entire sales process from start to finish. Both short cycles and longer ones
• Collaborating closely with other departments such as Marketing, Customer support and Product development to ensure successful service delivery to new customers
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
• Provide exceptional customer care during the acquisition process

To succeed as an Account Executive in NEXT, we believe it is essential that you have:

• More than 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction industry or SaaS
• Proven track record of good sales results
• Relevant education (finance/economy/sales/marketing)
• Advanced level of verbal and written communication (Norwegian and English)
• Proficiency in IT/Tech
• Driver license (B)
• Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
• Confidence and competitiveness
• A strategic and result-oriented mindset
