About the Role 💫
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your main responsibility is to generate new business opportunities to the sales department. You will work closely with the sales team and marketing department to ensure leads are converted into meetings and sales opportunities. In addition to generating opportunities through outreach, you will also handle inbound leads.
Responsibilities 🤝
- Identify new potential clients through calls, LinkedIn, email etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through personalised communication.
- Qualify and categorise leads based on their needs, budget, and timeline.
- Respond promptly to incoming inquiries via email, phone, lead callers, and demo requests.
- Coordinate meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
- Maintain the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information on leads.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team.
- Regularly report ongoing activities, results, and areas for improvement.
What Could Your Background Look Like? 🛠️
- Previous experience in sales or lead generation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with CRM systems is a plus.
- Motivation to achieve and exceed targets.
- Experience from working at a SaaS-company before is a plus.
